Praline Crunch : A crisp wafer base with chocolate praline mousse layered with hazelnut sponge.    [$32 per 500g]
Chocolate Mint : Chocolate sponge layered with rich dark chocolate ganache and creme de mint cream. Very very minty.    [$30 per 500g]
Green Tea White Chocolate : Soft green tea sponge with white chocolate mousse and bits of red beans.    [$30 per 500g]

Superior Dark Dutch Chocolate : A very light pound/butter cake that’s not too sweet and not too heavy. As dark as cocoa powder, it’s french-style, sandwiched with buttercream (optional) and frosted with chocolate frosting.    [$24 per 500g]
