The Health Nut

Hi folks, I guess it’s time to start changing your lifestyle and eating habits. If you haven’t, do start! And if you have, GREAT! I’d like to introduce you to a range of my healthy desserts. Namely desserts and cakes made with whole wheat flour, oats, honey and no refined sugar! We’d also like to extend this menu to fitness enthusiasts such as bodybuilders or athletes who are constantly seeking healthy alternatives but would like to have desserts that are high in protein (whey added in replacement of regular white flour). Low G.I food keeps one fuller for a longer period of time and our sugar free (only using minimal honey) cakes are a great option for those who are watching their refined sugar intake. We also use natural fruits to sweeten such as, bananas and apple puree. We also use low fat ingredients such as non-fat yogurt, low fat sour cream, low fat cream cheese and etc.
