I’ve also come up with a Baked Tiramisu Cheesecake. It’s pretty lovely. Less mooshy and creamy (definitely not sweet and has a slight roasty-bitter coffee taste which goes perfectly well with the cake). The best part, there’s alcohol infused into it! Am baking one for Yuling’s birthday. Let you know the verdict of what they think of it soon.

Hi folks! We won’t be taking orders as of October 1st as we are on-leave till the 27th! (As much as we love baking and rushing out cakes for everyone, we do need time-out to churn out new recipes, especially sugar-free cakes, meaning 100% no artificial sweetener, that are suitable for the elderly folks) We will resume work in November and getting ready for the Christmas Items. DO check back here for the price updates.
